Libby Floyd, aka The Doubtful Guest started life as a classically trained voice from one of the world's top 5 conservatories in Oberlin, Ohio, before moving to London to write on her computer instead of sing what was already written. While she no longer performs in operas as often as once she did, her caustic blend of schizophrenzic drum n bass inspired drum frenzy with lush electro-acoustic sound exploration and a 20th century mind for sublimely fragmented melody has been rocking and shocking dance floors in London for the last 4 years. Her full debut release, a series of manic 303 infused hardcore-gabba numbers, is due out on the illustrious Planet Mu in 2007 as well as a split 7" with the Parisian brothers of bonkers, dDamage on Seed.
